Rev. Paul Wasswa Sembiro (Board Chair):
Rev. Canon Eng. Paul Wasswa Ssembiro is a professional mechanical engineer,
educator, and Christian minister. He previously served as the National Team
Leader (Chief Executive Officer) of the Africa Evangelistic Enterprise. He
currently serves as the University Chaplain at Uganda Christian University (UCU),
where he provides spiritual leadership, pastoral care, discipleship, and mentorship
to the university community. Throughout his career, he has combined engineering
expertise, educational service, and Christian ministry to impact both the academic
and faith communities in Uganda.

Vanessa Nabeta Kibirige (Vice Chair):
Vanessa is an educator and youth development professional, with 26 years’
experience gained in school and faith-based environments. Her expertise
includes teacher training, c hild safeguarding, creative curriculum
development, and youth mentorship. She has designed and led numerous
camps, discipleship programs, and educational safety initiatives. An alumnus
of Nakasero Primary School, the British School of Bruxelles, and Gayaza
High School, Vanessa holds a Diploma in Social Work, a Bachelor’s degree
in Education from Makerere University, and a Master’s in Theology from
Lancaster Bible College and Capital Seminary.

Patricia Keirungi Ogwal (Finance)
Patricia is a seasoned certified accountant and management consultant, with over 20
years’ experience gained at technical, executive, and board levels across Africa’s
profit and non-profit sectors. Her expertise includes financial management, donor-
funded project oversight, strategic risk compliance, and internal governance. She has
led finance and administration functions for several international NGOs, private
sector groups, and complex institutional boards. A Partner at PATAN & Associates
and a published author, Patricia holds FCCA, CPA, and CTA professional
credentials alongside her corporate leadership coaching certifications.

Joshua Wandera (Programmes)
Joshua is a humanitarian and development professional, with over 25 years’ experience gained
at grassroots, technical and leadership levels in sub-Saharan Africa. His expertise includes
Monitoring and Evaluation, integrated programming, resource mobilisation, and strategic
planning. He has worked and consulted for several NGOs, government and UN agencies. A
graduate of Makerere University and Uganda Management Institute, Joshua holds a M.A in
Rural Development, Masters in Management Studies and B.A Social Sciences.

Julie S. Kamya (Education)
Juliet is an inclusive education and development professional, with over 10 years’
experience gained at grassroots, technical, and leadership levels in Uganda. Her
expertise includes program development, child safeguarding, human resource
management, and strategic partnerships. She has worked and consulted for several
NGOs, civil society coalitions, and international development initiatives, including
Child Fund and FCDO projects. A graduate of the University of South Wales,
Uganda Management Institute, and Makerere University, Juliet holds a Master of
Education, Masters in Management Studies, and B.A. in Social Sciences.

Ronald Sewakambo (Livelihoods)
Ronald is an agronomist, agro ecology extension specialist, and facilities
management professional with extensive experience across agricultural research,
community training, and institutional project management. His expertise includes
perennial crop breeding, climate-smart agriculture, agribusiness management, and
inclusive livelihood empowerment for vulnerable groups. He has worked with
academic institutions, government bodies, and grassroots communities to drive
sustainable agricultural development. A graduate of Uganda Christian University,
Ronald holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural Science and Entrepreneurship and
certifications in plant pathology and business mentorship.

Irene Musimenta (Human Resource)
Irene is a Human Resources and Organizational Leadership professional
with extensive experience leading business transformation and HR
management across corporate and global NGO sectors. Her expertise
includes strategic HR partnering, change management, talent acquisition,
and leadership development. She has led HR functions for workforces of
up to 2,000 employees at organizations like The Coca-Cola Company,
World Vision, Plan International, and Medical Teams International. A
graduate of Makerere University and other institutions, Irene holds a
Master’s in Organizational Leadership and Management, a Postgraduate
Diploma in HR Management, and a B.A. in Social Sciences.
